Kidney Beans also known as Rajma bean is a well known pulse that is extensively used all over the world in the preparation of variety of dishes, particularly in rice, curries, salads and toppings.It is reddish brown in colour and the pulse size is bigger than mung. The pulse belongs to leguminous family making it is a rich source of plant protein.
